About Double RR:

Double RR is an events management arm of Unleashed Africa. It offers an array of event management

services to corporate and non-corporate organizations.

With our Key Performance indicator being tangible social transformation, we concentrate our focus on

social development projects and work with clients that is set to enhance/impact development in society.

Team Leaders JD:

         - Understand the full scale of the brand, its vision and mission, its core activities, structure and

            implementation plan.

         - Develop the execution plans for the development of the brand.

         - Network and link the brand with the right connections, persons and organizations to foster

           beneficial partnerships and synergies.

         - Lead the launch of different brand assets.

         - Research on competition and market position of the brand.

         - Ensures company brand materials and physical working spaces meet and exceed company

           presentation standards

         - Provides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer

           enquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints

Requirements:

         - Hold considerable knowledge in the world of communications and event planning in general.

         - Demonstrate passion for service and professionalism.

         - Be quick to learn, fast to execute and solution driven.

         - Demonstrate experience in working in communications and/or events preparation and/client

           servicing

         - Actual experience in the actual planning of an event is a plus.

         - Ability to visualize success, develop strategic plans, build connections with relevant national

            and international stakeholders and execute strategic plans

         - Ability to monitor and evaluate for success.

         - Be able to develop proposals, budgets and letters for key engagements

         - Have excellent communication skills: both written and spoken. Command of the English

Language is key

         - Be conversant on the use of the internet and Microsoft office word, power point and excel

         - Have good marketing and advertising knowledge

         - Can perform research and map our key competitors, collaborations and prospective partners.

         - Be self-driven and have a high ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
